Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

We want you to be confident when purchasing from our store. This policy applies to purchases made from omniorigin.store and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Cancelling an online order

If you are a consumer, you may normally cancel an online order within 14 days after the goods are delivered. Please notify us through our Contact page within that period. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please include your order number and contact details. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but please do not use, install or handle them more than is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

2. Batteries, installed goods and special-order products

Lithium batteries are not automatically excluded from cancellation rights. However, they are regulated for transport and must not be returned using ordinary post. Contact us before returning a battery so that a suitable, compliant return method can be agreed.

Goods that have been installed, commissioned, connected, materially used, damaged or returned with missing parts may have a reduced value. Bespoke or clearly personalised goods may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law. We will explain any applicable restriction before purchase.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are unaffected. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page, quoting your order number and describing the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter quickly.

4. Return costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this before purchase. Large, palletised or regulated products can be expensive to return; contact us for return instructions and an estimate before arranging transport.

Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection as appropriate.

5. Refunds and deductions

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not apply an automatic restocking fee. We may make a lawful deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop, or for missing parts or damage while the goods are in your care.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.

6. How to start a return

Use our Contact page and provide your name, order number, the item concerned and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending large, palletised or lithium-battery products.
